Program Description
The Chicago FMS Chapter invites you to attend the annual officer installation dinner to include one hour of CPE, a networking cocktail hour, and dinner with an open bar.
For the CPE, RSM's Bill Clarkin will present on Mergers & Acquisitions.
Dinner at Fogo De Chao will include the full churrasco experience; featuring fire-roasted meats, market table and Brazilian side dishes, and dessert.

RSM's Bill Clarkin is a banking subject matter expert with 25+ years of banking experience. He has experience on both sides of the table, working in both consulting (EY, KPMG, and his own startup) along with corporate (BMO and Fiserv). At BMO, Bill was their M&A leader where he led 3 acquisitions including an MOE and an FDIC purchase. Bill has worked in all phases of the acquisition life cycle, from inorganic strategy and target selection through acquisition integration and post-acquisition remediation. Bill is a helpful advisor as you continue growing your bank.

Refunds and Cancellations
A refund will be provided for cancellations received by FMS in writing prior to two days before the program start date. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after that date. A substitution from your institution is welcome at any time. FMS reserves the right to change instructors or reschedule/cancel sessions when necessary. FMS is not responsible for airfare penalties incurred due to the cancellation of the program.
