​Program Description

The Chicago FMS Chapter invites you to attend the annual officer installation dinner to include one hour of CPE, a networking cocktail hour, and dinner with an open bar.

For the CPE, a rep from RSM US LLP will present on ACL and common challenges post-adoption of CECL.

Dinner at Fogo De Chao will include the full churrasco experience; featuring fire-roasted meats, market table and Brazilian side dishes, and dessert.

Andrew Broucek

Consulting Director, RSM US LLP

Andrew has a decade of public accounting experience delivering financial statement audit and risk consulting services to commercial banks and specialty finance companies. Andrew has deep experience in the areas of credit risk management, the allowance for credit losses (ACL)/Accounting Standards Codification Topic 326, Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) compliance, and FDICIA internal control over financial reporting and SEC reporting. He has extensive experience overseeing the delivery and execution of all phases of internal audit and financial statement audit engagements. Andrew has assisted in the development of CECL model verification methodologies informed by his leadership of several CECL post-implementation pre-adoption internal audit engagements for large commercial banks. In addition to his public accounting experience, Andrew gained valuable industry experience working as an accounting manager for a mid-size commercial bank that had recently completed an IPO transaction. Andrew has experience with a wide variety of financial products such as retail and commercial lending and banking, deposit and loan operations, investments, finance lease receivables, mortgage banking and servicing, and internal control environment.

Refunds and Cancellations

A refund will be provided for cancellations received by FMS in writing prior to two (2) weeks before the program start date. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after that date. A substitution from your institution is welcome at any time. FMS reserves the right to change instructors or reschedule/cancel sessions when necessary. FMS is not responsible for airfare penalties incurred due to the cancellation of the program.
